Mahendra Raj of Gorakhpur is a resident of Bichhiya. He was in a live-in relationship with a girl from Shahpur for the last 7 years. The girl alleges that Mahendra had married her in a temple and kept her in a rented house like his wife. During this period, physical relations also developed between the two. On the girl’s repeated demand to be accepted into the family, Mahendra kept telling her not to rush.
